Rania Kthiri is a PhD student at the IAE Paris since November 2011. The thesis of her research Master’s degree focuses on the construction of a scale of brand personality on websites. Her fields of research focus on two fundamental themes; brand and social networks. In this continuity, Rania Kthiri conducts research on the emerging concept of conversational marketing. She is particularly interested in the relationship that brands have with their audiences on social media.
